While walk-ins may be accepted depending on availability, it is recommended to make a reservation in advance to secure your rental.
Refund 100% canceling 48 hours in advance. Refund 50% canceling 47-25 hours in advance.
Canceling with less than 24 hours in advance or not taking the tour, will be marked as “No Show” and non-refund will be done.
The safety of our customers is our top priority. In the event of inclement weather and we need to cancel, we will work with you to reschedule your rental for another available date and time no additional cost. If we are unable to reschedule your rental due to inclement weather, you will receive a full refund of any rental fees paid.
Yes the tour guide will provide a safety briefing and notify you which areas to avoid.
You must wear a bathing suit or swim trunks. Water shoes would also be a great idea. Please note, hats and sunglasses worn on the jet skis can easily get lost and most likely are impossible to retrieve when misplaced in the water.
There is a $500 security deposit that will be held on the renter’s credit card. The full amount will be returned at the end of the rental period if the jetski is returned undamaged and in the same condition it was rented.
If you encounter an emergency or mechanical issue while on the water, contact the jet ski guide immediately for assistance. It's important to follow their instructions and guidelines in such situations.
